Our ethos

At Simpson Wreford & Partners, we value every member of our team, all of whom play an important role in our business.

We are committed to creating and maintaining an open and supportive work environment and are proud of the professional approach adopted throughout the firm.

We collate and review data provided by our employees so that diversity can be positively managed.

The key results from our most recent survey, conducted in November 2017, are shown below. 67% of our partners and staff chose to take part. We respect the fact that some of those people opted "not to say".

  • 60% of our team are accountants and 20% are direct support staff.
  • Our age profile ranges from 16 to 70 with 25% under 34, 45% between 35 and 54 and 30% over 55.
  • 37% of our team is male and 63% female.
  • We have individuals from a range of ethnic backgrounds, disabilities, religions and beliefs.
